5. Submitting a business listing
By submitting a listing to Bundaberg Tradies, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate, current and not misleading
- You are the business owner or are authorised to submit the listing on their behalf
- The listing does not contain false, defamatory, offensive or unlawful content
- You hold any licences, registrations or insurances required to operate in Queensland
- You will notify us if your details change materially (phone, address, trading status)
We reserve the right to edit, suspend or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that breach these terms, contain inaccurate information, or are reported as misleading.
6. User conduct
When using this site, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or defamatory information about any business
- Use the site to scrape, harvest or collect contact details for commercial purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, virus or harmful content
